Permit Requirement
All UNL parking facilities, except meters and time-controlled zones, require a permit at all times (unless otherwise posted). Vehicles will be cited once each 24-hour period (beginning at midnight) for most violations, except metered and time-controlled areas.

Meters & Time Controlled Zones
Meters and time-controlled zones at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are enforced from 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday and 7:00 AM - Noon on Saturdays. Meter violations may be cited every hour or as often as the maximum time limit stated on the meter. Time-controlled zones are cited every 30 minutes. Any exception to these enforcement hours will be posted.
