A Commuter Student lives off campus. Student employees, including graduate students, are considered students (not employees) when purchasing parking permits.

Area C (Non-Reserved)

Area C (Green) is permitted to park in any lot designated Area C or Area P (Perimeter). In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A lots after 3 pm and in MOST Area F, Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) and Area 17 (17 & R Garage) lots after 4:00 pm.

Area 14 (Garage: 14th & Avery)

Permit 14C (Gold w/ Green Border) is permitted to park in the 14th & Avery Street Garage excluding the South Bay on Level One from 12 am to 4 pm. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area 17 (Garage: 17th & R)

Permit 17C (Gold w/ Green Border) is permitted to park in the 17th & R Streets Garage ABOVE the Lower Level and Bottom Ramp from 12 am to 4 pm. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area SDG (Garage: Stadium Drive)

Permit SDGC (Gold w/ Green Border) is permitted to park in the Stadium Drive Garage from 6 am to midnight. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area C1 (Reserved)

Area C1 (Yellow) is permitted to park in the Area C1/F3 lot located in the inside loop on the Memorial Mall. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area C2 (Reserved)

Area C2 (Yellow) is permitted to park in the Area C2/F13 lot located on the west side of the Stadium Drive Parking Garage, west of Memorial Stadium. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area P (Perimeter)

Area P (Purple) is permitted to park in the perimeter areas located on the north side of both City and East Campus. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

A Resident Student lives in a residence hall, fraternity, or sorority on campus. Student employees, including graduate students, are considered students (not employees) when purchasing parking permits.

Area R (Non-Reserved)

Area R (Blue) - intended for all students living on City Campus in Greek houses or University Housing (other than Vine St Apts, U St Apts or Husker Hall) - is permitted to park in any lot designated Area R or Area P. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Please Note: Area R permits are NOT valid in the Area E lots on East Campus. You must park in Area C when visiting East Campus before 3 pm.

Area E (Non-Reserved)

Area E (Blue) - intended for students living in East Campus University Housing (other than Univ Park Apts) - is permitted to park in any lot designated Area E or Area P. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Please Note: Area E permits are NOT valid in the Area R parking lots on City Campus. You must park in Area C when visiting City Campus before 3 pm.

Area M (Non-Reserved)

Area M (Blue) is restricted to students living in Vine Street Apts., U Street Apts. or Husker Hall on City Campus and Univ. Park Apts. on East Campus. Tenants must have an additional permit to park in other City and East campus lots.

Area 14 (Garage: 14th & Avery)

Permit 14R (Gold w/ Blue Border) is permitted to park in the 14th & Avery Street Garage excluding the South Row on Level One from 12 am to 4 pm. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) lots after 4 pm.

Area 17 (Garage: 17th & R)

Permit 17R (Gold w/ Blue Border) is permitted to park in the 17th & R Streets Garage ABOVE the Lower Level and Bottom Ramp from 12 am to 4 pm. Area R2 (Yellow) is permitted to park in the parking lot located on the north side of 18th & Vine Streets east of Sandoz Residence Hall within the signed area. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) lots and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) after 4:00 pm.

Area P (Perimeter)

Area P (Purple) is permitted to park in the perimeter areas located on the north side of both City and East Campus. In addition, this permit is valid in MOST Area A and Area C lots after 3 pm and MOST Area F, Area 17 (17th & R Garage) and Area 14 (14th & Avery Garage) lots after 4 pm.
